*Max speed and range are calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode and heavy acceleration can greatly reduce these figures.
*Each state and territory in Australia has a different set of rules and regulations pertaining to the usage of e-scooters, e-bikes and e-boards (including where e-scooters, e-bikes and e-boards can legally be used and whether e-scooters, e-bikes and e-boards need to be registered with the relevant road traffic authority). I love my Navee N65 from Easy Bikes on Farrell Rd .
I put my helmet on and power button, push off and frighten everyone with the silence and speed as I whiz past on the way to the shop.
Spoilt by my VSETT 10+
Range: I get 34 km. Need 60 - 80km / day.
Suspension: None. My knees hurt riding this after a long ride.
Acceleration: slow enough to get you hit by a car or bicyclist.
Clearance: too low bottoms out on some curbs.
Problems: Sometimes power cuts out on hills then it has to be push started.
Not practical as a car replacement like my VSETT 10+ was. Yet it meets the legal requirements and so this is my ride now.
