Orders over $100 = Free Shipping

( Bikes / E-scooters / kid off road ) NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, QLD & NT
Orders under 50kg = $150

Orders over 50kg  = $250

Please be advised a $75 charge will be applied if the item requires a tailgate lift - this is not included in the shipping price quoted & a staff member will call you to confirm this.

( Bikes / E-scooters / kid off road ) WA Orders = $150 Flat rate

Local delivery within 15km of shop = Free ( WA )

For remote areas these may incur a surcharge , please contact us via email or phone to discuss delivery options.

Please note: lead times for online only items can vary depending on the item, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after you place an order and you will be further advised within 2-5 business days on an estimated time of arrival for your item(s).

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Long distance remote communities can take several weeks to arrive. For more information please contact us for a quote.

Deliveries are dispatched by our logistics team on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons only.

Should there be an issue that prevents this from taking place, Eazybikes will endeavour to contact you to advise of any delays and work with you on an agreed outcome.

Local Pick Up 

Eazybikes offers a free* Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store. Simply choose your product online, and you’ll see the option if your product is available for collection at your selected store.

Local Pick Up is available within a window of 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email and phone once your order is ready for collection. Applicable only if items are available from the chosen collection store. If not available and home-delivery is selected, the aforementioned delivery timeframes apply.

Click & Collect orders need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification and the credit or debit card used to purchase. It is not possible to authorise another person to collect your parcel. You will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. 

Please Note: Collection timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Excludes large items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
