We just ordered two electric bikes from Adam. He was very helpful, knew a lot about the products he sells and did not rush us with our decision. He even threw in padlocks and water bottle holders. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to find nowadays, but this company has it in spades. Cannot wait for our bikes to arrive!

I bought my Merida e160 from these guys just over a couple of years ago and was happy with the service provided while I was choosing between E-Bikes at the time. I recently took the bike to them as I was unable to get it to turn back on after it had sat for a little while after attempting as much as I could at home. They persisted with identifying the issue which they hadn't come across before over a couple of weeks. As a result they managed to get what they needed from Shimano, as an authorised dealer, and fixed my issue free of charge. Couldn't be happier with that service. Very professional and very helpful.
